Everyone deserves to be accepted, appreciated and acknowledged. When struggles unfold we often forgot how deserving we are of these needs. That's why it is my mission to supply a safe space, so you can reconnect with your self-worth.
Although you're not alone in your struggles, your experiences are unique to you. That's why I adapt my approach to meet your specific needs, while integrating evidenced based practices along with humor, art, play, and an abundance of skills!
I enjoy teaching skills in memorable ways, so they can be effectively used against any of life's obstacles. I look forward to providing you support in finding your voice, regaining your needs, and building your confidence!
