Kristen is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families in both school and community mental health settings. With a strong foundation in school social work, she has spent her career helping students navigate emotional and behavioral challenges, build coping skills, and feel supported through life’s transitions. Kristen is passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces where young people can express themselves freely, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop confidence in their strengths.
Kristen specializes in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress related to school and family dynamics, social challenges, and life changes. She has significant background in crisis intervention, case management, and connecting families with community resources to ensure comprehensive support. Her approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and relational—meaning she values partnering with clients and their support systems to empower growth and resilience.
Kristen earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Dominican University with a concentration in School Social Work and holds her license in Clinical Social Work (LCSW). She brings warmth, empathy, and a genuine belief in each client's potential to create meaningful change. Whether in the school setting or community practice, Kristen strives to meet each individual where they are, honor their lived experiences, and help them build tools to thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.
