With experience in residential programs, outpatient therapy, and private practice, Peyton adapts his approach to meet each individual’s unique needs—whether they’re facing academic pressures, conflict at home, social isolation, or the weight of anxiety and depression. Every session is designed to uncover strengths, develop healthy coping tools, and create a clear path forward.
"I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and solution-focused approaches to provide practical, strengths-based support. My work includes helping individuals with ADHD, autism, mood disorders, OCD, and trauma. I also provide gender-affirming care and LGBTQ+ support, ensuring that every person feels respected, valued, and safe in their therapeutic journey."
