With over twenty years of experience as a therapist, I currently serve as a private practitioner helping people attain and improve their overall health and wellness. Whether that may be learning to manage anxiety, school refusal, improve mood, resolve relationship conflicts, decrease stress, or trauma, we will work together to reach your goals. I have worked in both the inpatient an outpatient hospital settings as well as in private practice.
My therapeutic approach is to provide support, encouragement, and feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate various treatment techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I will work with you to help identify, explore, and build on your strengths.
