We are six licensed therapists located in Downtown Wheaton. Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized care for adults, teens, children, couples, and families.
Our focus is to help you heal, energize, and become aware of yourinner strengths. We achieve this by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.

People seek counseling for a variety of reasons. These reasons may include needing guidance, support, encouragement, and/or education on how to manage stress or resolve conflicts. Sometimes we need to learn how to make changes in our life or just need someone to explore our thoughts and feelings with. Our job is to work with you in achieving whatever your goals may be.

I have extensive experience working with anxiety, ADHD, autism, bipolar, depression, anger, and job/life stress populations. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet my clients needs. My goal through our collaborative and empathic relationship is to help clients understand and move towards their values, overcome challenges, and attain life goals.
Jocelyn earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University in 2018 and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from Walden University. Jocelyn is a bilingual, Spanish speaking therapist with interests and experience working with adolescents and young adults but also expanding her work with adults and couples. She strives to provide a safe and welcoming space through a client-centered approach, combined with a mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy model. Jocelyn’s goal is to help clients fine-tune and or learn new skills necessary to navigate stressors, anxiety, depression, and emotions related to obstacles faced on a daily basis.
I am a licensed clinical social worker. I received my undergraduate degree from Benedictine University and my Master’s degree from Loyola University School of Social Work. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. Through my training and work, I have provided therapy to a range of backgrounds and cultures to children, adolescents, and adults in group, individual, and family settings. I have worked in pediatric hospice, pediatric oncology/hematology, and clinical care management. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused therapy.
I offer a safe space that is free of judgment where you can feel comfortable exploring your own personal health and wellness and where I can offer education and guidance on areas important to you.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
