Jordan is a licensed professional counselor with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across outpatient and hospital-based settings.  She provides individualized therapy to clients and partners closely with caregivers as needed to promote emotional wellness and skill development at home and in the community. Jordan collaborates with multidisciplinary clinical teams—including occupational, speech, and physical therapists—to deliver holistic, integrated care tailored to each client's needs.

Previously, Jordan worked as a Case Therapist within Northwestern Medicine's Intensive Outpatient and Hospital-Based programs, where she led psychoeducational and therapeutic groups, provided individual counseling, and supported patients through acute mental health challenges in a collaborative treatment environment.

Jordan is dedicated to fostering supportive, empowering therapeutic relationships and creating a safe space for growth, healing, and resilience. She is passionate about helping her clients build emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence as they navigate life’s challenges.
