Through my training and work, I have provided therapy to a range of backgrounds and cultures to children, adolescents, and adults in group, individual, and family settings. I utilize mindfulness, grounding techniques, and mind-body connections to help aid symptoms of anxiety, manage depression, and process root issues.
I offer a safe space that is free of judgment where you can feel comfortable exploring the real you and living a happier life. I use my training and experience to identify potential challenges and encourage clients to use their strengths to empower change.

An effective method to increase your self-love is through the practice of daily, positive affirmations. The beautiful thing about all this is repeating daily affirmations will help your subconscious essentially rewire itself within 3-4 weeks!
When we have established routines, we essentially conduct ourselves on autopilot, and by incorporating daily affirmation into your morning, afternoon, and night routines, this positive mindset will flow from sunrise to sunset.
