Lily Goldstein, MA

Smiling young woman with curly hair in a denim jacket.

Lily is a graduate of Adler University, Chicago and has experience supporting children and adolescents in special education and therapeutic day school settings. She has facilitated art therapy groups and worked with children on the autism spectrum, as well as children experiencing a variety of social-emotional and behavioral challenges.

Lily incorporates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), into her art therapy work. By combining therapeutic techniques with creative expression, she helps children explore thoughts and emotions, strengthen communication skills, develop healthy coping strategies, and improve emotional regulation.

Lily’s approach is creative, warm, supportive, and child-centered. She understands that children may not always have the words to express what they are experiencing, and art can provide another way for them to communicate, process emotions, and feel understood.

Her goal is to create a comfortable and encouraging environment where children can be themselves while developing practical skills they can use at home, at school, and in their everyday lives.
